Jazz performances on the first day of the Koktebel Jazz Party international music festival were cancelled due to heavy rainfall and a thunderstorm. All ticket holders for the August 18 evening show can come to the show on August 19 or 20. Refunds for tickets can be obtained tomorrow from noon to 5 pm. Presenting an ID is required.
